When you use SpaScout, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), ZIP code, quiz answers, and payment information processed through ProCharge. We do not store your full card number — only a secure vault token provided by our payment processor.
We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, time spent, clicks, and device/browser information through standard web analytics.
We use your information to generate your personalized hot tub report, match you with local dealers and contractors, send you your report and related communications, charge your card for the $7 report fee, and improve the SpaScout service.
We share your lead information (name, email, phone, ZIP, budget, and matched models) with dealers and contractors in your territory who have signed a SpaScout Dealer Agreement. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All payments are processed by ProCharge (Electronic Payments Inc.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. SpaScout does not store your card number. We retain only the vault token and transaction reference for billing records.
By submitting the quiz and purchasing a report, you consent to receive your report, dealer match notifications, and occasional SpaScout buyer resources by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
We retain your lead data for 3 years for business records and dispute resolution. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

SpaScout is a hot tub buyer research and lead generation platform operated by C AND O VENTURE PARTNERS LLC ("SpaScout," "we," "us"). By using SpaScout you agree to these terms.
SpaScout provides: a personalized hot tub recommendation report ($7 one-time fee), referrals to local dealers and contractors, and educational content about hot tub purchasing. We are an independent research service — not a dealer, manufacturer, or installer.
The $7 fee covers your personalized report. It is non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. The report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced commercially.
SpaScout makes good-faith recommendations based on your quiz answers and our database of models and dealers. We cannot guarantee that any specific model will be in stock, that any specific dealer will have availability, or that any quoted price will be honored by a dealer.
Dealers and contractors listed in your report are independent businesses that have entered into agreements with SpaScout. SpaScout is not responsible for their pricing, availability, service quality, or any transactions you enter into with them. We recommend verifying all dealer and contractor information independently before making purchasing decisions.
Payment is processed by ProCharge (Electronic Payments Inc.), PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. By submitting payment, you authorize a $7.00 charge to your card. All charges are in US dollars.
We make every effort to keep model specifications, pricing, and dealer information current. However, hot tub pricing and availability change frequently. Treat all pricing information as directional — verify current pricing with dealers before purchasing.
SpaScout's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid ($7.00). We are not liable for any dealer or contractor actions, any purchasing decisions you make based on our recommendations, or any indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
